It was probably the wrong question to ask at a rally where the goal was to make sure the Seattle Seahawks don’t lose Sunday to the Minnesota Vikings.

Are the Seahawks going to win?

Duh!

“We’re going all the way,” said Sandy Cirlincione of Renton, who was all smiles after winning Seahawks stuff for the best performance by a 12th Man celebrating a touchdown.

She and hundreds of others filled the parking lot at Renton City Hall early Friday afternoon for a pep rally and the ceremonial raising of the 12th Man flag.

Former Seahawks greats, such as Marcus Trufant, the SeaGals, Blitz, city officials and the fans themselves fired up the high-energy and noisy rally.

It was the mid-stop on a day of rallying, first in Dupont, then Renton and finally Kent.

Renton City Council President Randy Corman raised the 12th Man flag to end the rally.
