Assault in a vehicle: At 12:59 p.m. June 5 near Airport Way and Logan Avenue North, an officer driving behind a vehicle observed what appeared to be a physical assault. The officer conducted a stop, spoke with both occupants, examined the injuries and determined there was probable cause for fourth-degree assault. The suspect was arrested.

Woman sprayed with bear mace: At 5:41 p.m. June 8 in the 700 block of Hardie Avenue Southwest, a victim reported that a suspect approached her and claimed that the victim had her bicycle. The suspect grabbed the bike, and when the victim resisted, the suspect sprayed the victim with bear mace. Officers interviewed both parties and developed probable cause for fourth-degree assault. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Breaking and entering: At 7 p.m. June 9 in the 1900 block of Shattuck Avenue South, an officer responded to a residential burglary call. The victim stated that when he returned home, he noticed his front door and a window were open. The home had been rummaged through, and cash was missing. He did not have any suspect information. If a suspect is captured, there is probable cause for residential burglary.

Armed robbery of a store: At 11:58 a.m. June 9 in the 17900 block of 108th Avenue Southeast, officers responded to a robbery. The victim stated three males entered the store; two were armed and demanded money from the till. The three fled the store in a large white SUV. A small amount of cash was taken, and no one was injured. The investigation is ongoing.

Scooter theft: At 10:06 a.m. June 10, an officer was dispatched to a phone report for a stolen scooter. The victim stated his scooter was locked to a bike rack and was gone when he returned. Officers obtained video surveillance of a suspect stealing the bike. The investigation is ongoing.
