Birthday Dreams celebrates 5,000th birthday

On June 21, six birthdays were celebrated with cupcakes, ice cream, face painting, goodie bags for guests and gifts for the children.

The Renton non-profit Birthday Dreams celebrated its 5,000 birthday at YWCA Passage Point in Maple Valley last month. Along with its milestone, Birthday Dreams also celebrated five other children with June birthdays.

YWCA Passage Point is a family shelter that supports 46 homeless families and provides housing support while teaching life skills, a media release stated.
