Stabbing

Renton officers responded on Dec. 23 at approximately 11:30 p.m. after receiving a report of a stabbing in the 300 block of Hardie Avenue Southwest. The suspect left the scene prior to the arrival of police. The victim in the incident, a woman, reported an unknown man attacked her and left her bleeding from the shoulder. According to the department, the victim was not cooperative in answering the responding officer’s questions. First responders transported the victim to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to the department.

Shooting

Renton officers responded on Dec. 20 at approximately 2:14 a.m. to the 17100 block of 120th Terrace Southeast to a shooting with injuries. According to the department, officers located a 27-year-old man at the scene with a gunshot wound to his left shoulder. Witnesses stated a domestic disturbance ended in the shooting. The suspect left the scene prior to the arrival of officers, according to the department. Investigation into the incident continues.

Armed robbery

Renton officers responded on Dec. 24 at 9:35 p.m. to the 1100 block of Sunset Boulevard Northeast for a report of a recent robbery. Upon arrival, the victim reported to officers that two men robbed her at gunpoint, stealing her cellphone prior to fleeing the scene.
