We come bearing some news: A bear is reportedly spotted on a tree near Highlands Elementary school Wednesday, May 17.
According to KIRO 7 reports, the school principal said the bear is not on school grounds but near the tennis courts, a block away from the school.
As of 4:38 p.m. on Wednesday, Washington Fish and Wildlife Deparment is on the scene waiting to tranqualize the bear.
