Hazen tops Highline 6-1 | Tennis

The Hazen tennis team topped Highline 6-1 Monday. In boys No. 1 singles, Hazen's Tommy Truong beat Soloman Kim 6-1, 6-0. In boys No. 2 singles Jack Li (Hazen) beat Tommy Pham 6-2, 6-0. In boys doubles Hazen's Colin Jones and Nathan Tat beat the team of Kyle Swain and Justin Vu 6-1, 6-1.

The Hazen tennis team topped Highline 6-1 Monday.

In boys No. 1 singles, Hazen’s Tommy Truong beat Soloman Kim 6-1, 6-0. In boys No. 2 singles Jack Li (Hazen) beat Tommy Pham 6-2, 6-0. In boys doubles Hazen’s Colin Jones and Nathan Tat beat the team of Kyle Swain and Justin Vu 6-1, 6-1.

Julie Vaisarova (girls No. 1 singles) and Becca Wong (girls No. 2 singles) each won their matches for the Highlanders. Hazen’s girls doubles team of Erin Zell and Kristal Kozai fell to the Pirates 6-2, 6-3.

The Hazen mixed doubles team of Corbin Kozai and Haley Strandbergh beat Highline 6-2, 7-5.
