The Lindbergh girls soccer team beat Foster 8-0 Thursday night to lock up the Seamount League title.
The Eagles’ (11-5 overall, 10-1 Seamount) only league loss came against Hazen Sept. 15 in a 1-0 contest. Lindbergh coach James Valles said it is the first time anyone can remember that the Eagles have won an outright Seamount title.
Liz Beltran and Audrey Cunningham teamed up for the shutout. Whitney Hilde (two), Alicia Wasisco (two), Lindsey Pfluger (two), Kayse Angel and Selena Mullins all scored goals for Lindbergh.
