UPDATE: Traffic is again flowing after the dump truck was moved.

Traffic was backing up for miles on southbound Interstate 405  and northbound State Route 167 Friday morning in Renton  after a dump truck spun out of control on I-405 near the West Valley Highway.

The dump truck was carrying a bulldozer; it’s blocking the right lane. The Washington State Patrol and the transportation department’s Incident Response Team were on the scene. The incident happened at about 8 a.m.
