Sammamish14, Hazen 2

The Hazen softball team fell behind early and couldn’t come back. The Highlanders lost to Sammamish 14-2 in a non-league game Monday.

The Totems scored eight runs in the bottom of the first inning. Hazen scored two runs on one hit in the second inning.

Inglemoor 9, Liberty 1

The Liberty softball team fell to Inglemoor 9-1 in a non-league game Tuesday.

The Patriots’s Denise Blohowiak went 2-3 with a run scored.
