Seahawks rookie tight end Cameron Morrah works in drills mini-camp earlier this spring.

The Seahawks announced Thursday that they have signed seventh-round draft pick Cameron Morrah to a four-year deal.

The 6-foot-3, 244-pound tight end played at California.

The team announced the deal on Twitter.
