RTC named top US community college

Renton Technical College was named one of the nation’s top 150 community colleges in the country by the Aspen Institute College Excellence Program, according to a news release.
RTC was a top 10 Aspen Prize college in 2015 and a top 150 school in 2017.
Top 150 colleges have the opportunity to move to the next round of competition for the $1 million Aspen Prize, the release stated.
