Pippimamma’s Honeyed Raspberry Banana Jam

4 Cups crushed Raspberries

2 Cups Raw Honey

2 Ripe Banana’s

1 Container Certo Liquid Pectin

Add prepared fruit to large stock pot. Add honey and a half-teaspoon of butter to reduce foaming, stir on high heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil.

Boil exactly one minute stirring occasionally.

Stir in pectin quickly. Return to full rolling boil and stir constantly for one minute.

Ladle immediately into prepared jars, filling to within a quarter-inch from the top. Wipe down jar rim and threads. Cover with two-piece lid. Screw tightly.

Place jars in stockpot of water with 1-2 inches over the jars. Bring water to gentle boil for 5 minutes.
