Soccer: Hazen ties Mount Rainier; Lindbergh and Renton lose

Hazen came close to doing what no team has done this year: Beat Mount Rainier. But in the end, neither team could scored a goal and two ended up tied 0-0 Monday.

Hazen (5-4-2) got a shutout from Daniel Lucier. The Highlanders are now in fifth place in the Seamount.

Highline 3, Lindbergh 1

Lindbergh fell to Highline 3-1 Monday.

The Eagles (1-10-0) got an unassisted goal from Raul Vasquez.

Evergreen 4, Renton

Renton held Evergreen scorless for a long time, but couldn’t come away with the win as the Wolverines scored four late goals and won 4-0 Monday.

The Indians (0-10-0) are still looking for their first win on the season.
