Renton won the Seamount League title Jan. 24 by beating Hazen 38-28. Renton won last weekend’s 2A Seamount subregionals at Renton High School; Lindbergh placed second.
The win means the Indians will move on to play the White River Hornets on Saturday at Lakes High School for the 2A league championship and the No. 1 seed headed into the district tournament.
In a small ceremony Wednesday at the school, three athletes signed letters of intent with NCAA Division One schools and three committed to play at NCAA Division III institutions.

The Eagles returned to the floor fired up for the second half, outscoring Highline 17-6 in the third.
Highline jumped out to an 8-5 lead after the first quarter, but could not hold the Eagles down for long as they came roaring back in the second to take a 19-15 lead into halftime.
