Liberty wins again, Patriots yet to lose in league play | Soccer

The Liberty girls soccer team remained undefeated in league play with a 3-2 win against Lake Washington Oct. 19.

The Patriots (9-2-2 overall, 9-0-2 KingCo 3A/2A) haven’t lost a game since a non-league contest against Issaquah Sept. 9. Liberty’s defense has been especially outstanding. The game against Lake Washington is just the second time the Patriots have allowed more than one goal to league competition this season. Liberty has six shutouts in 11 league games.

Kianna Hafferty, Whitney Cain and Kailiana Johnson scored goals for Liberty against the Kangs.
