Hazen’s Kristina Holm hit two home runs at the plate and held Tyee to two runs from the mound on the way to a 19-2 victory Tuesday at Tyee.

Holm’s home run was the first of a back-to-back jacks by her and Isabel Teppner to help secure the victory. The win also raises her season record to 4-1 on the mound with her only loss coming against league-leading Kennedy Catholic.

Coach Kurt Brandel also cited great hitting from Megan Bridgeman, Ariana Williams and Monica Cleary as helping Hazen get back on track after a pair of losses last week.

Hazen is now 4-5 overall and 4-5 in the Seamount League.

They are scheduled to play at Evergreen today, Tuesday.
