A week after falling to Juanita, Liberty bounced back in a big way against Lake Washington. The Patriots beat the Kangs 63-7 Friday night.

Liberty (4-2 overall, 3-1 KingCo 3A/2A) led 42-0 at the half and eventually 63-0 before Lake Washington got on the board.

Chandler Jenkins rushed 12 times for 139 yards and three touchdowns. He caught three passes for 60 yards and another two scores.

Trey Wheeler completed six of 11 passes for 143 yards and three touchdowns. His other passing touchdown (a 63-yard play) went to Anthony Avery.

Hamilton Noel rushed seven times for 67 yards and a touchdown.

In addition to his two catches for 20 yards, Jake Bainton intercepted a pass and returned it 42 yards for a score.

Chris Weik intercepted two passes. Jalen Robinson returned a fumble 10 yards for a touchdown.
