Rotary auction set for March 28

Money Raised at annual CAPER auctions help to continue the group's ongoing commitment to support local programs, benefiting residents and students throughout the Renton community.

The annual Renton Rotary CAPER Auction is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. March 28 at the Piazza in downtown Renton.

Money Raised at annual CAPER auctions  – which stands for “Community Auction Promoting the Endeavors of Rotary” – help to continue the group’s ongoing commitment to support local programs, benefiting residents and students throughout the Renton community.

Renton Rotary has a long history of providing services and funding to many charitable organizations throughout Renton, as well as scholarship opportunities to local youth. The needs of those less fortunate are growing, and thanks to the generosity of Rotarians, their guests and the corporate, business and individual sponsors at this year’s auction, Rotary will again be able to provide badly needed support to many people.

Over the years, Renton Rotary has devoted hundreds of thousands of dollars to support community, regional and international programs.
