The City of Renton is activating an overnight emergency cold weather shelter from Jan. 22-24.
According to the city, the shelter will operate from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. each night at the St. Anthony’s Parish Rec Hall, 501 Fourth St., Renton. The nonprofit REACH operates the shelter.
The maximum capacity is 50, and the shelter has separate areas for men, women and families. The shelter will provide snacks, food, warm beverages, mats and blankets.
Drop-ins are welcome.
