Renton Police are asking the public to help identify a man accused of raping a 15-yea-old girl in February.
According to police, the victim was attending an evening event at a church in the Renton Highlands on Feb. 26. She walked to the bathroom and noticed a man she did not recognize loitering in the hallway. As she shut the bathroom door, the man pushed his way inside and raped her.
The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, 5’09”, 30-40 years old with a “chubby” build, acne on his forehead with black, spiky-styled hair. He was wearing a gold necklace with a crucifix medallion, and an orange shirt and dark blue jeans. He spoke with a Hispanic accent. When she saw the suspect in the hallway before the attack, the victim noticed that he was holding a flip phone in his right hand.
