A real estate agent called police after finding a burned boat hull on the 17600 block of 118th Avenue Southeast Aug. 18, according to the Renton Police Department.

On July 30, the Fire Department reported putting out a boat fire at the same address at 7:44 p.m.

The boat was reported stolen that same day.

The police officer retrieved the hull number and called the boat owner to remove the boat, according to the Renton Police Department.

The trailer license plate had been removed, and the only thing left of the boat was the hull.
