Even with ice, snow and a little hail, the city’s annual K9 Candy Cane 5K race and walk on Sunday, Dec. 4 couldn’t keep runners and their costumed dogs at home.

Put on by BuDu Racing and the City of Renton, the 5K event was filled with competitive runners, fun runners, families and dogs, both big and small.
