A collision at about 4:15 today (Friday) that blocked the two left lanes of northbound Interstate 405 near State Route 169 in Renton today (Friday) was cleared at about 4:55 p.m., according to the Washington state Department of Transportation.

The backup at 5 p.m. is five miles to I-5. Drivers exiting SR 167 to I-405 northbound also are backed up.

The Washington State Patrol and aid crews were at the scene.
