Members of the Renton Fire Department were on hand during the Feb. 11 city council meeting to honor the department’s 2012 award winners.

The recipients are, from left to right: Civilian of the Year Kathy Michelsohn, Administrative Secretary I, Firefighter of the Year Firefighter Al Koskovich, Officer of the Year Lt. Stephen Rawson and EMT of the Year Firefighter Dave Laha, all posing with  Fire Chief/EM Administrator Mark Peterson.

The awards recipients were selected through a vote of their peers.
