Six Hazen wrestlers win league titles | Seamount 3A wrestling

The Hazen wrestling team finished second at the Seamount 3A wrestling championships Saturday, behind Highline with 208 points. The Highlanders had wrestlers in 11 of the 14 finals matches. Winning 3A league titles were: Derek Nichols (106 pounds), Zach Moore (113), Austin Clark (132), Daniel Karpman (138), Andre Faciane (160), and Jeremy Guilbert (195).

The Highlanders had wrestlers in 11 of the 14 finals matches. Winning 3A league titles were: Derek Nichols (106 pounds), Zach Moore (113), Austin Clark (132), Daniel Karpman (138), Andre Faciane (160), and Jeremy Guilbert (195).

Josh Kluth (120), Andrew Tran (126), Jose Ramirez (160), Jeremy Hazlett (170) and Justin Russell (220) all took second. Jayden Schwope (106), Alex Palanciuc (152) and Cole Thatcher (285) finished third.
