Bakari Davis, Sr., Lindbergh
Football
Davis ran though the Seamount this year, totaling 25 touchdowns and averaging 9.3 yards per rush. Davis led the Eagles their third straight state tournament appearance.
Sarah Reiter, Jr., Lindbergh
Cross country
Reiter won Seamount and sub-district titles on the way to a dominating win at the 2A state meet. Reiter beat the second-place runner by nearly 24 seconds. The LHS girls team placed sixth at state.
Lauren Kaufman, Sr., Hazen
Swimming
Kaufman followed her state title as a junior in the 100 free by winning 3A championships in the 50 and 100 free as a senior this year. Kaufman’s 23.31 time in the 50 gave her an automatic All-American bid.
Chandler Jenkins, Sr., Liberty
Football
Jenkins scored 29 total touchdowns at running back and safety for a Patriots team that advanced to the 3A state quarterfinals. He finished with 1,809 rushing yards on the season.
