Here are the road closures for the city of Renton during the week of July 21.
• Rainier Avenue N. will have intermittent lane closure between S. Third Street and Airport Way for construction work from July 21 to July 25, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• NE Sunset Boulevard will have shifting lane closures between Redmond Place NE to Union Avenue NE for utility installation and frontage improvements from July 21 to July 25, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• S. 2th Street will be closed at Rainier Avenue S from July 14 to Aug. 5. Detour will be available on Lake Avenue S.
• NE 12th Street will have intermittent lane closures from Union Avenue NE to Pierce Place NE for utility installation from July 21 to July 25, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• 152nd Avenue SE will have southbound lane closure at 15300 152nd Avenue SE for asphalt repairs on July 23, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• S. 21st Street will have intermittent lane closures at Smithers Avenue S for utility installation from July 14 to July 18, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• 116th Avenue SE will have intermittent lane closures between SE 168th Street to SE Petrovitsky for asphalt repairs from July 21 to July 22, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
I-405 Closures
• Up to three lanes of northbound I-405 from the northbound I-5 off-ramp (milepost 2) to the SR 169 offramp (milepost 4.5) will be closed nightly, July 21 to July 25, 11:59 p.m. to 4 a.m.
• Up to two lanes of northbound I-405 from milepost 6 to milepost 9 will be closed nightly, July 21 to July 25, 9:15 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
• Up to two lanes of southbound I-405 from NE 44th Street (milepost 7.75) to North Southport Drive (milepost 4.09) will be closed overnight, July 20 to July 21, 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
• Up to two lanes of southbound I-405 from SR 900 (milepost 5) to Sunset Boulevard N. (milepost 3) will be closed nightly, July 21 July 25, 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
• The northbound I-405 on-ramp from northbound SR 167 will be closed nightly, July 21 to July 25, 10:30 p.m. to 4:15 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
• The northbound I-405 on-ramp from Talbot Road S. will be closed nightly, July 21 to July 25, 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
• The southbound I-405 off-ramp to SR 515 / Talbot Road S. will be closed nightly, July 21 to July 25, 10:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
• The southbound I-405 off-ramp to N. Southport Drive will be closed nightly, July 25 to July 28, 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
• All lanes of Northeast 44th Street between the southbound I-405 on- and off-ramps and the northbound I-405 off-ramp will be closed nightly, July 18 to July 21, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Signed detours will be in place.
