This past week, hundreds of local kids got an opportunity to work out at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, home of the Seattle Seahawks, as part of the NFL’s Play 60 program.

The Play 60 campaign is the NFL’s effort to encourage children to be active for at least 60 minutes each day as a way to reduce childhood obesity.
