Lindbergh tops Hazen with five RBI’s from Lindsey Bryden | Softball

Lindbergh 14, Hazen 3

Lindbergh started the scoring early and never stopped in a 14-3 win against Hazen Wednesday.

The Eagles (5-3 overall, 5-3 Seamount) scored four in the first inning and scored at least once in every inning.

Lindsey Bryden went 3-4 with a run and five RBI’s. Adrianna Bernal went 2-3 with two RBI’s. Kasey Sporrong went 3-4 with three runs, two RBI’s, a double and a triple. Sporrong also pitched the complete game, striking out six.

Hazen (4-6, 4-3) Becca Marcoe went 2-2 and had all three of Hazen’s RBI’s.

Juanita 2, Liberty 1

Liberty allowed two late runs and fell to Juanita 2-1 Wednesday.

The Patriots (3-5, 1-1 KingCo 3A/2A) scored their run in the third when Alexis Court his a home run. They led until the Rebels scored twice in the sixth.

Freshman Joshilynn Wolff started and allowed two runs in 5.1 innings.

Kennedy Catholic 17, Renton 1

Renton lost to Kennedy Catholic 17-1 Wednesday.

The Indians (0-7, 0-7) scored in the bottom of the first, but the Lancers had scored 12 in the top of the first.
