The Lindbergh boys cross-country team kept rolling Saturday with a dominating win at the Westside Classic district meet at American Lake.
The Eagles placed all seven runners in the top 21 and won the 2A meet easily on the way to qualifying for the 2A state meet.
Mark Garcia led the way finishing second. Luke Garcia took third finishing just over a second later. Mohamud Abdi (ninth), Nate tandecki (10th), Nathan Haley (14th), Alex Nelson (15th) and Travis Downen (21st) rounded out the group.
Renton finished seventh as a team and was led by Brian Reilly, who finished 24th. Hamilton Carter (30th) and Aslan DaVault (32nd) followed.
The Hazen boys earned third in the 3A race, behind Columbia River and Peninsula.
Daniel Karpman led the Highlanders by finishing in 12th. Conner Hall took 13th and Chase Onstot finished 18th.
The Lindbergh girls team finished fourth in the 2A race.
Junior Sarah Reiter finished second, nearly 40 seconds ahead of the third place runner. Anna Patti took ninth and Jasmine Fallgreen earned 14th.
Renton finished eighth as a team and was led by Joy Barnes, who took 25th. Mary Grace Asirot finished 35th.
Hazen finished 12th in the 3A race. Lindsey Strandberg led the team and finished in 51st.
The 3A and 2A state meets are Saturday in Pasco.
