Rain and cloudy weather couldn’t keep Renton’s youngest ghouls and goblins down as families came out Saturday for the Renton Downtown Olde Fashioned Halloween Party and Scavenger Hunt.

Starting at 1 p.m. Oct. 25 in the parking lot of Cugini’s, families were able to grab candy, enjoy various Halloween-themed booths and collect their map for the downtown scavenger hunt. A Halloween costume contest also took place, with categories that included Funniest, Scariest, Most Creative, Best Group/Family and Pet.
