Plum Delicious, one of Renton’s favorite breakfast spots, is back in business

Seven months and two weeks after a car collision sent seven people to the hospital and a hole in the wall of the building, Renton’s Plum Delicious is back to serve the bacon.

“I’m glad to be up and running,” said owner Gary Johnson. Monday, Feb. 13, was the restaurant’s official return to business where breakfast is being served all day long. “We are comfort food and comfort dining.”

Plum Delicious’ hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the time being, as it will take time to hire more staffing for serving dinner.

Plum Delicious offers a dog-friendly patio (just in time for spring!) and offers to-go meals. The restaurant location is 3212 Sunset Boulevard Northeast in Renton and can be reached at plumdelicious.net and 425-255-8510.
