An awards ceremony on Sept. 19 in Chicago, held in conjunction with a Bank Customer Experience Summit, handed out seven awards including one to First Financial Northwest Bank.

First Financial was awarded Best Branch Experience.

According to a release, one of judges said “This branch projects warmth and a welcoming, community orientation. It features a pleasant open layout, with well-defined spaces, thoughtfully integrated technology balanced with human interaction.”

First Financial has a location in The Landing, in downtown Renton, as well as eight other locations in the Puget Sound region.
