Despite cloudy skies and a few afternoon showers, families packed into Gene Coulon Beach Park on Monday for the city’s annual Fabulous Fourth celebration, which featured entertainment all day on the main stage, a kids zone with a climbing wall, left, face painting and, of course, fireworks to cap the day.
