Eagle volleyball back on winning track

The Lindbergh volleyball team got back on the winning track this week with a 3-0 win over Tyee on Thursday.

The Eagles beat Tyee 25-14 in the first set, 25-17 in the second and finished them off 25-10 in the third to win the match.

Connie Tua had seven kills and six aces for the Eagles while Diane Danao had 14 assists and six aces. Aleisha Simpson added four aces and four kills.

The Eagles travel to Hazen to take on the Highlanders at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
