Mayor Raymond N’Dohi from the Ivory Coast city of Koumassi, second from the right above, visited Renton July 15 as part of a tour of cities in the Puget Sound region.
N’Dohi, through his translator, said he was visiting the “great democracy” of the United States in search of sister cities with which his city can partner and learn.
