Renton joined the nation on Monday – Memorial Day – to honor the America’s veterans.

Wreaths were laid and guns used in salutes at the Veterans Memorial Park in downtown Renton and at Greenwood Memorial Park in the Highlands.

Veterans were honored, too, at the Tahoma National Cemetery, where Renton veterans joined others in their annual salute..
