Renton brothers plead not guilty in shooting death in Skyway

The brothers remain in custody with bail set at $2 million for Marque Fluker and $500,000 for Jerry Fluker. A case setting hearing is scheduled for Sept. 10 in courtroom 1201 of the King County Courthouse.

Two Renton brothers pleaded not guilty at their arraignment Aug. 27 in the shooting death of a 21-year-old man in Skyway.

The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on Aug. 15 charged Marque Deandre Fluker, 23, with second-degree murder for the alleged fatal shooting of the victim, 21-year-old Le-Maun Lancaster, after a dispute Aug. 12 in the parking lot of a Skyway grocery store.

The defendant’s brother, Jerry Allen Fluker, 27, is charged with one count of first-degree rendering criminal assistance for allegedly helping him flee the scene.
