Junior Thomas Lowes made history this season by becoming the first Liberty tennis player to make the KingCo Crest all-league first team.

Lowes is the only Liberty player to make an all-league team, though the Patriots did earn the Team Sportsmanship award.

Earlier this season, Lowes made more history for Liberty when he topped Mercer Island’s Zach Elliot and Bellevue’s Gabe Monfried at the KingCo touranment. Those wins qualified him for the Metro-KingCo district tournament, the first time a Patriot has made the event.

The district tournament is in May.
