Renton 13, Hazen 6

Renton picked up its third win in four tries with a 13-6 victory against Hazen Wednesday.

Renton (3-4 overall, 3-4 league) took advantage of 13 walks to score runs.

Amanda Kite went 2-4 with two RBIs. Jasmine Bie went 2-4 with three RBIs. Bie pitched the complete game and earned the win, her third of the season.

Chelsie Moorhead went 3-4 with two RBIs for Hazen (4-8, 4-5). Bella Reed also collected two RBIs for the Highlanders.

Hazen is in fourth place in the Seamount, while Renotn is in fifth.

Liberty 3, Bellevue 2

Liberty beat Bellevue 3-2 Wednesday to stay close to the KingCo’s top teams.

The Patriots (6-6, 3-3) have now three out of their past four league games.

Denise Blohowiak pitched the complete game and won. Aris Califano went 2-3 with two runs. Alexis Court went 1-2 with two RBIs. Marissa Jeffers went 1-3 with a double.
