Patriots start off on a good foot at class meet | XC

The Liberty cross-country team made its debut at the KingCo class races Wednesday. Tyler Westenbroek and Nick Knoblich finished first and second in the senior boys race. Aimee Christensen came in seventh.

The Liberty cross-country team made its debut at the KingCo class races Wednesday.

Tyler Westenbroek and Nick Knoblich finished first and second in the senior boys race. Aimee Christensen came in seventh.

Hiron Redman placed second in the junior boys race. Megan Chucka, Allie Wood, Rachel Shaw and Michaela Chucka came in second, third, fourth and fifth in the junior girls race.

In the sophomore race, Amy Broska won and Megan Laron came in second. Aaron Bowe finished in the boys race, while Mason Goodman finished seventh.

Trevor Sytsma placed fourth in the freshman race, while Sarah Bliesner came in third.
