Lindbergh looks to keep playoff hopes alive against Hazen tonight

But Hazen certainly won't make it easy as they look to celebrate their homecoming tonight with a victory.

With just two weeks left in the regular season, every game matters for the Lindbergh football program as they try to keep their postseason hopes alive.

Tonight, the Eagles try to keep pace with the Indians as they take on the Hazen Highlanders at Renton Memorial Stadium.

But Hazen certainly won’t make it easy as they look to celebrate their homecoming tonight with a victory.

Both teams enter the game at 2-2 in the Seamount League, but Hazen has already been eliminated from the postseason because they are a 3A school. In the district playoffs, the Seamount League gets only one spot in the 3A tournament brackets and the undefeated Kennedy Catholic Lancers have already secured that spot.

On the 2A side, three Seamount teams will make the postseason, meaning Lindbergh still has a chance to make a run.

Tonight’s game begins at 7 p.m.

In KingCo League action, 2-3 Liberty takes on 3-1 Juanita at 7 p.m. at Liberty High School.
