Hazen soccer opens postseason tonight at Renton Memorial Stadium | BOYS SOCCER

Wednesday’s game is known as the sub-district round of the playoffs. The winner will advance to the WCDIII/SWDIV (Districts 3 and 4) playoffs as the No. 1 seed and the loser as the No. 4 seed.

The Seamount League Champion Hazen boys soccer team will open their postseason against Auburn Mountainview at 7 p.m. tonight, Wednesday at Renton Memorial Stadium.

Wednesday’s game is known as the sub-district round of the playoffs. The winner will advance to the WCDIII/SWDIV (Districts 3 and 4) playoffs as the No. 1 seed and the loser as the No. 4 seed.

That round of the playoffs is also known as Bi-Districts and determines who goes to state. Bi-District games are Saturday May 11.

The winner of tonight’s game plays the No. 4 Narrows team at 4 p.m. at Auburn Memorial Stadium. The loser plays the No. 1 Narrows team at 6 p.m. at the same place.

The first round of state will begin May 15. The state quarter finals will be Saturday, May 18. State semifinals are Friday, May 24. The finals and the third/fourth place games are Saturday, May 25. Both days are at Sparks Stadium in Puyallup.
