Hayden and Larson each score twice as Liberty rolls to victory again

Liberty is now a perfect 7-0 on the season and 5-0 in the KingCo.

Dulin Hayden and Reilly Larson each ran for two touchdowns on Friday as the Liberty Patriots torched the Ballard Beavers 48-0 to stay undefeated on the year.

Liberty jumped out to a huge lead, scoring 28 points in the first quarter. Hayden opened the scoring with a 6-yard touchdown run. He was followed by a 3-yard scoring run by Austin Regis. Hayden then punched in his second, a 9-yard touchdown run. Finally, Larson picked up his first TD of the day on a 5-yard run, all before the first quarter ended.

In the second, Noah Wright scored on a 1-yard run before Larson picked up his second touchdown of the day, a 4-yard run to make it 41-0 as the teams headed to the half.

Liberty then sealed the deal when Torey Anderson returned the second-half kickoff 86 yards for a touchdown of his own to make it 48-0.

Liberty is now a perfect 7-0 on the season and 5-0 in the KingCo. They play second-place Sammamish at 7 p.m. Friday in Sammamish.
