Liberty 8, Sammamish 3

The Liberty baseball team led from start to finish in an 8-3 win against Sammamish Tuesday.

The Patriots (7-2 overall, 6-1 KingCo) scored twice in the top of the first inning and crossed the plate at least once in every inning except the fifth.

Connor Sjolander started for Liberty. He pitched 5.1 innings and picked up the win.

Nick Hart went 3-4 at the plate with a double, a triple and one RBI. Troy Askins went 2-3 with a double and three runs. John McLeod went 2-3.
