A proud veteran, Ron served in the Navy during the Korean War. After his military service, he built a successful career as a self-employed barber, earning the respect and admiration of his clients and peers.

Ron received his education from the Kent School District. Beyond his professional life, he was a dedicated member of the Lions Club in Kent, where he actively participated in community service and outreach.
