Norma Marie (Broo) Valberg

Norma joined her Savior on 2-18-11, after a seven year battle with liver cancer. She was a longtime resident of Enumclaw, Renton and Kent. Norma was very involved with Children’s Hospital throughout her life. She was an active member of Cross and Crown Lutheran Church for 45 years, and one of the original members of the Fairwood Lions Club. Norma was a strong and supportive wife, mother and friend, and surrounded by a vast support network and will be greatly missed. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Dorothy Broo, and sisters Brita Campbell and Alice McKinney. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 50 years, Harlan Valberg, her daughters Helen (Dave) Boyungs, Sandra (Matt) Cronyn, her son, Randy (Kelly) Valberg, her brother John Broo, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
