Doris Burnner

On October 9th, 2011 Doris Brunner of Renton, WA went home to be with the Lord. Born in 1932 Doris grew up in Kansas. In 1953 Doris married Junior Brunner. Together they had four children, Kathrine Alvord, Jacob Brunner, Donald Brunner, and Virginia Brunner. Doris lived her life by her faith in Christ. She devoted her life to her family, church, and friends. This was evident in Doris’ character. Doris was selfless helping others whenever possible. She was caring, loving, always ready with a hug. She loved children devoting countless hours in the church’s nursery. Doris is survived by her four children, four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Doris lived a full life. She persevered through challenges and rejoiced in the good times. Visitation will be held Saturday October 15, 2011 from 10am to 5 pm at Greenwood Memorial Park, 350 Monroe Ave NE, Renton. Memorials may be sent to Highlands Community Church, Vision House.org or the ALS Foundation. Please join us on Monday October 17th at 10a.m. at Highlands Community Church at 3031 NE 10th St, Renton as we rejoice her journey home and celebrate the life she led here on earth.
