Section of state Route 900 to close beginning July 28

The closure will run from 164th Avenue Southeast to Duvall Avenue Northeast.

Beginning today, July 28, through Monday, July 31, a section of state Route 900 between Renton and Issaquah will be closed while a culvert is replaced.

The closure begins at 7 p.m. and the stretch of road will reopen at 5 a.m. Monday.

The closure will run from 164th Avenue Southeast to Duvall Avenue Northeast. Local access will be allowed but no traffic will be allowed through the work zone itself.

Once SR 900 reopens, drivers should expect one lane closures for utility work during August.
