The Renton Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 32-year-old Ratchhin Duong last seen at 5 a.m. on Feb. 3 in the 100 block of Hoquiam Avenue Northeast in Renton.

His abandoned vehicle was located Feb. 4 on I-405 near exit 7 (Northeast 44th Street).

Ratchhin Duong is described as a Cambodian/Chinese male, 5-foot-6, brown eyes and black hair, with a mole on his left check.  His right arm is covered in brightly colored tattoos including koi fish.  Duong may be suffering from paranoia and mental illness, according to the Renton Police Department.

Anyone who has seen Ratchhin Duong, observed him in the area of Exit 7 on Interstate 405, or know of his current whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Renton Police Department at 425-430-7500.
